Hasselt
In Hasselt, the CPAS is the beneficiary of the Housing First Belgium subsidy.
Thanks to support from the Province of Limburg, the CPAS in Hasselt was already actively involved in implementing Housing First practices (HF Limburg), with counterparts in Saint-Trond and Genk, as well as the CAW Limburg.
In July 2015, when incorporating Housing First Belgium, Hasselt was able to merge both of its HF projects and extend the scope of its intensive in-housing support.
This placed it right at the heart of the network with multiple partners signing up to agreements to cooperate.
